::from the current TV Guide::
SCI FI's Friday-night fans will have to suffer until summer for their shows to return and for tonight's cliffhangers to be resolved. Stargate SG-1 aficionados can at least take solace in knowing that Claudia Black's puckish, seductive Vala will officially join the cast in Season 10! ....

WHEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
::: ARGH!!!!! :::
Screaming at the TV commences. Sci Fi is EVIL! EVIL I tell you! E...V...I....L
Okay, Stargate SG1 was the usual 'make the fight seem as if all the major characters died', still very exciting, and good.
Atlantis was more the 'main characters kidnapped- have to escape capture' sort of thing. Not as much screaming at the TV.
and then it was Battlestar Galactica's turn.
...and a year passes.... WTF!?!? They skipped a whole year at the hour mark. A YEAR! Now all the characters have new 'lives', new interactions, new stuff that's happened that we don't know. Dang it. I was fine with Baltar winning the election, I thought we'd have the next season bringing out proof of his cylon connection and all, and was looking forward to the 'behind the scene's fight' to get the president back in power and Baltar out. And what do they do? They SKIP that whole thing. I liked the tension going on between the characters, I liked the cylon's 'purpose'. I'm not so fond of the 'new' one.
::sniff:: and they blew up Cloud Nine, one of the names of the ships from the original show.
And then, it doesn't start up again until OCTOBER!
