The alarm clock lied!

I'm on my way to work, listening to the radio and wondering why the traffic seems light. It's usually full speed for my commute, but extra light this morning. I glance at my dash board clock and it says 7:50.

I stare at it. Did my battery blink? That could not be right. I glance at my watch. 7:50.

WAAAAAA!! I could still be in bed!!!!

I need to be at work at 9am and usually leave the house at 8:30. I don't know why today I hit the alarm, got up, got ready got out of the house and got going all without totally focusing on the fact that yea it as the half hour mark, but an hour earlier! Usually I hit that alarm for a while and snuggle with cats. They also probably missed their morning snuggle and want to know what was going on.

I would make it to work a whole hour early :( bleah.

So I hit the bank and did some deposits and then a fast food place to splurge on french toast sticks instead of oatmeal and still reached work at 8:30.

I can tell it's going to be a llllooooonnnngggg day.

I have to leave the house everyday either by 6:20am if I'm taking BART or 7:20am if I'm taking the motorcycle. You have no sympathy from me;) About time you got up early.

I am so NOT a morning person. I am definitely of the night person type . . . staying up way too late. And this was a loooonnnng day for me as well; had to rush out the door to an eye doctor's appointment two hours away and the neighbors cows got loose and were running down the country road.

Heh . . . think I'll actually crash early for me . . . 2am. ;P

yea, I think that was the problem. I went to bed 'early', which for me is 11pm. I'm a certified night person too, which is why I was whinning.

Wow... cows.. country road. wow.. they'd leveled the hills, paved in the valleyes and built houses all around my grandma's formerlly isolated place. Now instead of coyote's - we hear traffic :(
