Verizon won't talk to LJ!!

ARGH!! I've just spent a frustrating two days with patchy log-on/non log on failures and it's all I just found out because Verizon wireless - my new, faster than modem - internet service!! ARGH! They mention in the 'problems' a problem with voice posts via verizon. Uhm, it seems to be all verizon.

*sigh* And here I kept thinking LJ was down when I couldn't get anywhere, couldn't log on, and kept getting the 'failure' window.

I'm over at a friends taking advantage of their network, and gee, LJ works now. *sigh* I guess it'll be modem when I get home tonight so I can TRY to get caught up on fL!

Really? Because I have Verizon wireless, and other than the fact that my internet carrier drops me like a rock from time to time, I've not ever had a problem with LJ because of it. Now, recent upgrades to Firefox or Internet Explorer, that's a whole different story...

Nope, wouldn't let me log on for hours last night (8pm ish till 11pm?), kept refusing to recognize the logon - I'd type my user info/password, then it'd flip back to same thing wanting me to log in. Then it worked and I got like two pages of FL, then it died totally, as in the 'you are not connected' screen - which wasn't true, since yahoo was working fine! By about 1am I'd given up and headed for bed.

Today, I was trying for several hours on and off from about noon to 5pm before searching the 'support' and seeing they were having a problem with verizon cell/voice posts. ARGH!
