After a stressful tax season. Nothing like a explosive action flick. As I told my friends - the more explosions the better - Plot not required.

According to our local paper :
"Noise, noise, noise. Crunched metal and shattered glass. More noise. Revving engines. Vin Diesel's giant head. Hot chicks in tight miniskirts. Even more noise. The end.

Whoo Hoo! Looks like a winner.

but they LIED - there WAS PLOT! ARGH!

The local reviewer hated it, but I guess they just don't like action flicks. There was a plot - the good 'ol 'you killed my girlfriend, now I'm going to get revenge' style. With bonus angst.

Not bad. Could have used a few more explosions and car wrecks though :) I actually had to think. They put the biggest at the opening, and then well... they just couldn't match it (it's the tanker truck thing they show in most of the previews).

Whoo Hoo! Top Gear is ON!!! OMG - he's driving a Peptol Bismol pink car.. not kidding...... with A BAG OVER HIS HEAD!!!! ROTFL!!! Now they are talking about taking power tools to a van :)

Car chases, explosions, action and Vin.

That's all I expect or want from this movie.

And it looks like 72 million dollars later and the biggest April opening ever..others agreed.

yep, and that's all I wanted too. The more crashes the better. Vin did the mopy anti-hero well. There were some great chase scenes. The opening is fantastic. Could have had a few more explosions, but eh, I'm just being greedy :)
