Every week when I go to my chiropractor - I giggle at this ad for the restaurant next door. I mean really.. WHAT WAS THAT DESIGNER THINKING? No, really? I mean, yea, it's Hillcrest, but STILL....

I'm thinking the designer thought, 'hell, yeah, I can get away with this and people will post it on their doors to boot!'

They probably even intended it to look that way.

Do you remember when Disney's Little Mermaid first came out on DVD? Shortly afterward, the original cover design got pulled and redone because the castle towers in the background were deemed too phallic-looking. I had to pull my copy out and squint at it to see what they were talking about...so I guess it works both ways!

Reminds me of a competition at the website b3ta.com to find the (unintentionally!) rudest logos out there. Not of course limited to the male genital; there was one that, try as you might, couldn't look like anything other than a goatse.
