This is hard. I don't really have a "favorite" quote. Here's a few that I find amusing.

I'm not all that good at remembering quotes verbatim (which astonishes me, because I'm all about words and scenes usually stick in my head) but I love it when in Act One of Much Ado About Nothing, Beatrice is told she should get married and she responds with "Not until God makes man of some other metal than earth".

What a great comeback line!
