Ah yes, the ultimate Geek-out LOTR event of the year :) Yes, I'm a LOTR geek. So, I'm off to the Creation LOTR convention in Pasadena, CA with a bunch of other fans. No my friends though, they rolled their eyes at me and refused to go :::pout:::

Oh well, I have people I'm meeting up with anyway!

More LOTR fans - those who went to New Zealand with me in December of 2003 to go on a three week LOTR site tour and to cheer and party and sigh at poetry readings in Wellington for the Lord of the Rings: Return of the King World Premier in Wellington, New Zealand.

Oh, she's got 25 rolls of pictures to PROVE that she went to NZ on that trip too. And she will show you the exact spot where Aragorn crawled on the ground. ::nods head::

Yep, the ultimate geek out. Too bad all of the movie sets were taken down (except a little bit at Hobbiton), but the landscape it just beautiful!!! and you can really 'see' the real NZ in the movie.
