ORC II is over ::sigh::

and I've totally spent too much money, got no sleep, and just about OD'ed on all things LOTR. Hard to do, I know, but after two and a half full days... I need to sleep and relax. Splurged last minute on getting autographs. I should have just given in and gotten the three day/autograph included pass months ago when it first went on sale. Hindsight is 20-20. oh well.

I had fun, but I was also a bit lonely. I shouldn't have been, I had people to meet up with. But there were times when schedules didn't work out, and I got in late Friday after driving up from work, and eating dinner alone at the hotel when a gaggle of girls came in, a big group. Being seated, they proceeded to giggle, talk and laugh among themselves and have fun, and it just made me feel even more alone.

::sigh::

As all my close friends did the eye roll thing and wouldn't come. Being in a fandom that one's friends have little if no interest in seems like one is outcast. 'you go and do that' sort of thing. I just want to share it with someone.

It must have been PMS, as all weekend I was 'pre/any second now', way too moody and a bit blah.

Even if a little down, I still had fun, spent money, saw the stars, got autographs and photo opps and went to a costume party

I'm swowwy. I didn't eye roll. I just can't afford it and if Viggo was there I wooda gone. :/

See, I have friends that would have met ya, but there were SCA events that weekend too. :(

But I didn't even go to those either. I dollied. :O

I ::KNOW:: you eye rolled! :) heh. Oh yea, if Viggo or Orlando or Sean Bean was there.. it would have been... utterly insane and I would have been trampled.
