FINALLY found a place to use internet! Geeze~! A fancy hotel (the Fairmount York), has a business center and they allowed me and my sister a little bit of internet time. Whew! It's like withdrawel.

For taking the yahoo trip suggested hotel, our hotel - the Novotel was VERY nice. MUCH nicer than I was expecting. I was expecting something close to like Motel 6, and it was way nicer than that, and within close walking distance to lots of stuff - very handy. Only drawback, they had 'web tv', but we didn't try to use it. They need computers.

Spent two days in the wine country - ouch - I bought WAY, WAY, WAY toooooooooo much Icewine, as well as a few other good drinking wines. Hmm... we're going to be in a lot of trouble with weight for our luggage, and duty fees for all this wine. Whoops! Afraid to see my Credit Card slips. Niagara falls was cool, and we saw it late afternoon, evening, so we caught the light show - way awesome. I hope my photo's turned out.

and.....

last night was the LOTR Musical. It was mind blowing. AWESOME, excellent, exciting, uhm, I'm at a loss for words. We both really enjoyed it. Only bummer, the CD was not ready yet, and the book wasn't printed yet either!!

Today, we had a very expensive last lunch at the top of the CN Tower, and then found this internet place by asking at an open info booth in Union Station. All the other times we passed through there, no one had been at the booth to answer questions! Only had a little bit of rain on Thur, but nothing too bad, other than that, clear and a bit cool. And my time is almost up! ack!

More later, and hopefully a few photos! :)

I've been wondering how you are doing. :)

That just sounds INCREDIBLE . . . the whole trip. The travels, the ice wine, the LOTR musical. I shall eagerly await the photos next. Take care and have a great time!! ;)

I got your book signed. Fun place! They had a live band and free food, which helped me keep Little Girl from demanding to be taken to the McDonalds across the parking lot.

Got you a couple of cool Dresden Files buttons too.

What DID the Balrog sing?

nothing actually, there was musical drum beats accompanyment and a chorus sort of in the background. No dancing or singing Balrog.

Ice wince sounds good! (Although toting bottles around in luggage doesn't seem fun! Thank goodness for wheels on bags, though!)

So great that you loved the musical! I'm hoping it'll travel eventually so I'll get to see it... Although, who knows? It's often difficult to mount big shows like that in other cities!

I can't wait until access to the internets gets super-easy! It IS hard to live without it. ^___^

Well, you could try shipping back the wine from there if you want. Or some of the bottles. Up to you!

Glad you're having fun.

Actually, I think we CAN'T ship it. All sorts of international laws and the what not. Some of the wineries have US exporters, and I'll look a few of them up.
